Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

During this session, you will discover the significance of "Leading Where You Are." Regardless of where you currently stand on your leadership journey, your role is vital. We will discuss the importance of self-awareness, recognizing who you are, and realizing that you are more than your designated role. Whether as a board member or building representative, each experience contributes to your growth, and you do not have to hold a top position to exhibit leadership qualities. We will touch on various roles and programs within UEA/NEA that will prepare you for your desirable goal.
